Our box office is open on show days only, beginning at 12pm.

Ticketing- For guests requiring accommodations or accessible seating during their visit, please purchase a general admission ticket. You can then email us at info@aragon.com and our team will move you to accessible seating. 

Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend emailing us at info@aragon.com. If you are unable to email in advance, our team will also be able to assist day of show - just stop by our Guest Services podium in the lobby. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least one month of notice to secure. Email info@aragon.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Sensory Accommodations- We are proud to partner with KultureCity as a sensory inclusive location. Our staff has been trained to assist fans with sensory needs, and we have headphones, fidget tools, and strobe-blocking glasses available for use. Please stop by our Guest Services podium in the lobby for assistance and to check out sensory items.

Age restrictions vary from show to show. Please refer to the show info for each event for the most up to date information on age restrictions. Individuals under the age limit are allowed to attend age restricted events if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

The following items are NOT allowed inside the venue:

• Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
• Signs larger than 8.5" X 11"
• Weapons of any kind, including defense sprays
• Cigarettes, including vapes and e-cigarettes; no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the venue
• Professional cameras or audio equipment (nonprofessional cameras that do not have a detachable or oversized lens are allowed)
• Outside food or drinks, including water bottles of any kind
• Illegal substances (i.e. drugs and drug paraphernalia)
• Coolers
• Laser pointers
• Fireworks
• Umbrellas
• Blankets
• Bandanas
• Spiked jewelry and clothing
• Chains of any kind
• Aerosol sprays
• Camelbacks
• Medication that is not in a marked and properly labeled prescription container matching the name on the owner’s ID. Only required amount for event timeframe is permitted.

Our coat check is currently closed for the season. In the cooler months, we do offer a coat check for $5 per item.

For most shows, we have a limited number of upgrades available, including our main floor riser, balcony seats, and balcony VIP Club access. On the night of your show, simply head to our upgrades table in the lobby, and our staff members will let you know what upgrades are available! Upgrades typically range $30-$80 per person.

The Fast Pass gets you through security and mobile ticketing faster than a standard line. The Fast Pass line is let in when doors open. Skip the line and walk directly to the main doors and show your Fast Pass to the door security team.
