Accessibility

Ticketing- For guests requiring accommodations or accessible seating during their visit, please purchase a general admission ticket. You can then email us at info@aragon.com and our team will move you to accessible seating. 

Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend emailing us at info@aragon.com. If you are unable to email in advance, our team will also be able to assist day of show - just stop by our Guest Services podium in the lobby. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least one month of notice to secure. Email info@aragon.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Sensory Accommodations- We are proud to partner with KultureCity as a sensory inclusive location. Our staff has been trained to assist fans with sensory needs, and we have headphones, fidget tools, and strobe-blocking glasses available for use. Please stop by our Guest Services podium in the lobby for assistance and to check out sensory items.
